Our Philosophy
We have collected all our fundamentals in a document – our Credo – as we took the engagements of developing actions in their total respect. Honesty and fairness, transparency and kindness in all personal relationships, sustainability, these are the values that we consider every day.
We are totally convinced that esteem, respect and positivity are the essential basis of a true professional ethic that can maintain long lasting and profitable relationships.
For these reasons, the first object of our respect is our Planet, as without it we won’t be able to travel, make our story telling nor enjoy the pleasures of discovering cultures, traditions and be inspired. In 2020 we have decided to take action by engaging ourselves in favour of this planet: we completely changed our modus operandi, we started selecting our suppliers very carefully, we support initiatives in favour of a sustainable life with particular focus to nature, ecology, a more conscious use of food, fighting against waste & pollution, refilling woods and forests and sharing them with our Partners as only together we can contribute to a better world.

Our Story
Founded in February 2010 by Lorena Minuzzo, the company started with the representation of some DMCs and resorts. The experience reached after more than 25 years with the most prestifious brand of the international hotellerie allowed Excellence to develop focusing on luxury travels and events.
In 2015 Excellence extended its promotional action to the European and then International clientele, promoting our Partners with the main trade players.
In 2019 motivated by our Partners, we gave big impulse to the incoming tourism to Italy, which registered a great success in the last two years.
The new international openings and the increasing request of leisure and events of bigger sizes, allowed us to enlarge our collection with new exclusive international partners.
