OUR STORY

where it all started

1985

This is the passionate start in the hotel industry of Lorena Minuzzo, Founder and Manager, which is the actual experience of Excellence. Everything started by chance in Le Meridien Milan, part of Air France.

humble beginnings

The acquisition of Meridien by Trust House Forte, which soon became Forte Hotels, nurtures our experience in management skills, luxury properties, corporate clients, prestigious resorts based all over the world.

Other luxury international hotel chains develop their business in the Italian market: One & Only and Sun International increased our knowledge in South African and Indian Ocean luxury resorts.

Opening and development of the MICE departments of The Leading Hotels of the World, one of the most prestigious companies in the world. 12 years flew fast but enriched our minds and hearths, influencing our future lives.

One drink in Barcelona, during a party, two friends allied to give birth to "EXCELLENCE Destinations & Hospitality Solutions". A friendship that still lasts untouched.

And here we are.. We define ourselves as Luxury Tourism Representatives as this is what our past life brought us to: luxury. A special "luxury" made of respect in humans and environment, sustainability, well being and sharing opportunities. Our new world.

Passionate, inspired and committed: this is what we are. And this is how we communicate with our partners and how we sell to our clients. As a representative company, we promote prestigious hotels, DMCs and other companies offering special services for event. Our clients are based in Italy, Europe , North and Latin America and are travel agencies, tour operators, mice and event agencies, travel planners and PCOs. They can all take advantage of our assistance and support, totally complimentary.

OUR VISION

We are delighted to offer our 35 years experience to hotels, DMCs and event companies aiming to increase their visibility with tourist operators. We are honoured to be at the service of any travel agency or tourist entity looking for inspirations, the perfect location, a suggestion and assist them in developing their travel projects. Ethic and respects are fundamentals for us, not only vis-à-vis of each individual person, but respect for the environment, life and nature. For this reason, we have adopted sustainable way of working, willing to participate to a better world.
